Install this portal for quick access from your phone, tablet or computer.

iPhone or iPad

  1. Open this page in Safari.
  2. Tap Share, then Add to Home Screen.
  3. If shown, turn on Open as Web App, then tap Add.

Android

Open this page in Chrome. Tap Install app above when available, or use the browser menu and choose Install app or Add to Home screen.

Windows or Mac

Open in Chrome or Edge and use the install option in the address bar or browser menu. On a Mac, Safari also offers Add to Dock from the File menu.

Before you start

Company and QC access require the same approved sign-in or QC credentials as the existing portal.

Enable Offline QC while online before leaving Wi-Fi. Save findings and photos locally, then keep the app open to upload when connected. Other portal features require internet.

The app uses the same portal records and workflows. Adding it to your home screen does not grant extra access.

Wait for the existing form to confirm a successful save before leaving or closing it.
