Your PIN encrypts local drafts. It is separate from your company sign-in. Keep it safe: a forgotten PIN cannot recover these local drafts. Use a personal or assigned device.

Reports on this device
Drafts are not uploaded until you queue them. Queued reports keep the same reference on every retry. Uploaded receipts remain here; their local photo copies are removed only after server verification.
Offline limits
Offline access to create reports lasts 24 hours after an approved online check. Existing drafts remain available with your PIN after expiry, but uploads require approved online access. Company-wide reports, case approvals and current product specifications require an internet connection.
Do not clear browser/app data or uninstall the app while reports are pending. Device storage may be cleared by the operating system. Export important pending reports and retain original photos until upload is confirmed.
